Refunds & Returns

If the fit, print, or feel is not right, send it back. Made-to-order on 160GSM Supima — still yours to return.

How long you have

The clock starts on the delivery date in your tracking — not the order date. If tracking is missing, we use the courier’s delivered scan.

All printed Nurotique tees (custom Design-portal prints and shop graphics): 14 days from delivery.
Plain t-shirt sample only (unprinted blank, e.g. plain tee): 30 days from delivery.

Once a design is printed, the 14-day window applies — even if you tried a blank first. Sale prices do not cancel the return. We refund what you paid, not the struck-through MRP.

What we accept

Try-on at home is fine. The tee must be unused, unwashed, in the condition you received it, with packaging if you still have it. We need the order number.

Wearing it out or washing it is not a return. A defect still is.

What we do not accept

Requests after 14 days (or after 30 days on a plain sample only).
Washed, heavily worn, or stained tees, or a print you damaged after delivery.
The wrong product sent back.
“I wanted a different vibe” when the delivered print reasonably matches the mockup you ordered.

Screen colour can shift a little versus DTG. A small preview-vs-print difference is not a defect. A misplaced print, cracked ink on arrival, badly wrong colour, or the wrong size versus checkout — that is a defect.

Custom Design-portal tees

Still returnable in 14 days for fit, fabric, print quality, or wrong size/colour.

Generation is creative. The preview on the tee is what we print. We do not refund only because you no longer like the idea you typed. If we printed the wrong file, a blank chest, or a severe miss versus that preview — we reprint or refund.

How to start a return

Send order number, product, reason. Photos for print or damage.
We confirm the window and share pickup or prepaid steps.
Keep the tee until pickup or drop-off is done.

Do not post it to a manufacturer or to the support inbox. Returns come to Ahmedabad on the instruction we give you.

Refunds, exchanges, cancels

Valid returns are refunded to the original payment after inspection. Standard shipping was free. Rush ₹50 is kept on a change-of-mind return, and refunded if the error was ours.

We initiate approved refunds in 5–7 working days after inspection. Banks can take longer to show it.

Size or colour exchange: same windows as returns. Difference in price is collected or refunded. Cancel before we print — after dispatch, use a return.
