Design portal & AI

When you make a design, your prompt goes to our generation service. A reference photo (PNG/JPG, under 8MB) is stored so we can lock the look. Generated images are kept to mock up, create your product, print DTG, and handle returns. The line you typed is stored as the product description.

Third-party AI and image hosts process that prompt and reference only to return artwork. “Saved on this device” lives in your browser until you order — we cannot recover a guest save you never checked out.

Do not upload IDs, intimate photos, or images you do not have the right to use.

Copyrighted designs — our liability

We print your brief onto a tee we manufacture. We do not sell a licence to anyone else’s character, logo, film, or face.

You are responsible for the prompt, reference, and any line you want printed. Copying a third-party copyright, trademark, or likeness is your request.
Nurotique is not liable if that print infringes because of what you typed or uploaded. You handle claims that arise from your inputs.
We may refuse, cancel, or destroy an order, or take a listing down, if it looks unlawful or abusive. We do not pre-clear every prompt. A mockup is not legal clearance.
You receive the garment. You do not own our site, software, or the AI models. Do not scrape the portal or resell the generator.
Rights holders: write to support with the URL and proof you can act. We will review and take down where appropriate.

What we collect

Account and checkout: name, email, phone, addresses, PIN, payment confirmation from the gateway.
Support mail, WhatsApp, reviews.
IP, device, pages, cart cookies, login cookies.
Couriers: tracking scans. Hosting: the website itself.

We do not sell your name or prompt history to other brands. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Use, sharing, keeping

We use data to generate, print, ship, refund, stop fraud, and meet Indian tax law. We share only what each partner needs: payment gateway, courier, host, AI/image providers, and advisers or authorities when required.

Orders and invoices are kept as long as the law requires. Guest localStorage lasts until you clear it. You can ask for access, correction, or erasure where we are not required to keep the record (DPDP Act, 2023). Email us. Under 18: do not create an account or order.
