Where & when
India only, serviceable PIN codes. Dispatch is the handoff to the courier — not the day it reaches you. Sale spikes, holidays, or pending payment can slow dispatch. We will not ship an order cancelled for IP, fraud, or a bad address.
Standard — free
No extra line at checkout for standard. After dispatch, typically 6–7 days to most PIN codes. Remote, hill, Northeast, island, and restricted PINs can take longer. Estimates, not a guaranteed calendar slot.
Rush — ₹50
Where checkout offers Rush, the fee is ₹50 per order. After dispatch:
- 3 days — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad.
- 4–5 days — every other serviceable city or town.
Courier capacity, weather, and PIN service still apply. If we miss a rush estimate because of our delay (not the courier or a wrong address), we refund the ₹50. Rush is not refunded on a change-of-mind return; it is refunded if we sent the wrong or defective tee.
Tracking, address, loss
You get an AWB after the first courier scan. Give a full address, landmark, PIN, and a phone the rider can call. RTO from a wrong address may need extra courier charges to reship.
Lost, torn bag, or missing pieces: photo the packet and email us with the AWB within 48 hours of the attempt (or last scan). We claim with the courier and reprint or refund.
Days above are calendar days after dispatch, not including the 48-hour print window. Sunday and local courier offs can add a day. GST as shown at checkout. No customs on domestic India shipments.
